    Kevin Norlin is senior vice president of Sales at Omnissa and is responsible for leading the company’s global sales teams to help customers achieve great outcomes with Omnissa solutions.

    Prior to joining Omnissa, Kevin was Chief Revenue Officer for Rocket Software and previously led global sales at both public and private equity owned companies, including MicroStrategy, Quest Software and Dell.

    Kevin brings deep experience in both accelerating revenue growth and returning companies to growth, with a strong focus on sales structures that drive deeper customer engagement, accountability and transparency.

And because we have an open platform ecosystem, it means even more opportunity for partners, and more innovation for customers.   

What’s new in the Omnissa Partner Program?  

We’ve reimagined the program from the ground up to add clarity, efficiency, and opportunity. Here’s what you can expect:  

  • Streamlined partner levels: The program structure has three simple tiers, making it easier for partners to track their progression and access key benefits. 
     
  • Simplified business models: Three models (reseller, service provider, and technology partner) offer flexibility to support customer needs and business strategies. 
     
  • Comprehensive incentives and benefits: Partners will enjoy a range of financial incentives, which may include front-end margin increases, as well as joint account team access and training funds. 
     
  • Points-based rewards system: A unified points system recognizes and rewards partners for accomplishments across transactions and service delivery, supporting a balanced approach to building their business.  
     
  • Focused training and certification for Workspace ONE and Horizon: Trainings and certifications have been tailored to partner business models and Omnissa core products, equipping partners with the expertise they need to create new deals and expand service offerings.

Modern work requires innovative thinking and agile collaborations, and this new program reflects our unwavering commitment to stay ahead of the curve—together with our partners. The new program expedites service delivery and drives subscription sales across all business models, while reducing operational hurdles. This allows service providers to more easily differentiate and build a substantial business. Resellers will be able to scale more quickly and efficiently.
