We are pleased to announce we have officially launched Omnissa Connect! Omnissa Connect is a common platform service for the Omnissa Platform, designed to unify and simplify your digital workspace by integrating multiple tools into one interface, offering single sign-on and streamlined administrative workflows for Omnissa Workspace ONE® and Omnissa Horizon®. Our mission with Omnissa Connect is to enable our customers and partners to realize exponential value from the Omnissa digital workspace platform with ease. 

How Omnissa Connect connects 

At its core, Omnissa Connect is a common platform service and experience designed to create more meaningful “connections” within the Omnissa Platform. It's about bringing together the power of our Workspace ONE and Horizon solutions into a single, intuitive interface that makes your job easier and more efficient.

In recent months, we released two articles on Tech Zone with more details. Part 1 provides more information on Omnissa Connect in general, while Part 2 provides additional context for what to expect as a customer. To get a feel for what to expect initially with Omnissa Connect, we have curated an interactive demo for you to try. 

As Omnissa Connect evolves beyond its initial launch, it will enable us to significantly improve the admin experience in several ways: 

  1. Streamlined setup and configuration: Omnissa Connect will guide customers through the process of setting up and configuring their purchased services, ensuring they can quickly and easily get started with their Omnissa solutions. 
  2. Personalized journey tracking: Administrators will be able to view their deployment progress and understand where they are in their Omnissa journey, helping them stay on track and make the most of their investments. 
  3. Intelligent recommendations: Omnissa Connect will provide personalized recommendations based on each customer's unique needs and goals, suggesting next steps and actions to optimize their Omnissa experience. 
  4. Subscription consumption visibility: Customers will gain valuable insights into their subscription consumption, allowing them to monitor usage, track ROI, and make informed decisions about their Omnissa investments. 
  5. Integrated and immersive support: Omnissa Connect will offer a seamless support experience, with contextual help, in-app guidance, and direct access to our support team, ensuring customers can quickly resolve issues and make the most of their Omnissa solutions. 
  6. Driving ROI: By offering a unified platform, personalized guidance, actionable insights, and integrated support, Omnissa Connect will empower administrators to maximize the value of their Omnissa solutions and drive better business outcomes. 

We will be rolling out Omnissa Connect this year to everyone. If you are already using Workspace ONE Cloud Admin Hub, this transition will be seamless for you. For everyone else, more details on what to expect and tentative timelines can be found in Part 2 of our Tech Zone post, and in a detailed knowledge base article.  

As we continue to evolve Omnissa Connect, you can expect to see new features and capabilities that leverage this unified platform to help you manage Workspace ONE and Horizon, delivering even more value to your organization. We’re excited to embark on this journey with you and to see how Omnissa Connect will transform your experience with our digital workspace solutions.
